Here is what our mentors say
Be prepared – have a core version of the answer which is not more than 90 seconds – rehearse & refine multiple times to make an impact and lead the interviewer in the direction you want the interview to go.
This is your opportunity to sell your candidature – there is a thin line between selling & overselling
Have a shorter version handy – you will get a sense of how the interviewer behaves and if he seems impatient or in a hurry, use this version – Be agile
Take your time, don’t be in a rush. take appropriate pauses, modulate your voice and make eye contact – this shows your confidence …
