Reminiscence – A journey from an engineer to MD of an MNC

Dear friends,
For a long, I was waiting for an opportunity to talk with two of my OLDEST students/friends.
I met both of them in 1999, preparing for CAT, an entrance Exam to bag admission to the Premier B Schools in India. Both are Mechanical engineers. One went to IIM while the other dropped the plan.
Today, both are Managing Directors of an MNC, Accenture. One is heading India’s consulting arm, while another is heading the technology arm in the USA.
This discussion is an attempt to understand their journey. I am sure you will enjoy it.
